Yuppers, that’s me in a nutshell! (anyone else get a mental picture of Austin Powers pretending to be in a nutshell?) Now that the introduction is complete and you and I are basically bff’s, welcome to my site!

Here, I share my own travel and adventure stories such as: walking solo (well…with my dog) 300 miles across Vancouver Island. And getting rescued at sea when our boat broke down in the middle of a raging Atlantic storm.

I invite you to join in on the continuing journey by clicking follow or by signing up for an email subscription! In the meantime, here are a few of my recent posts to get you started. Live long and prosper fellow adventurers!

Miss Miral

P.S. I’m a bit behind on sharing my stories (though I’m getting back at it!). In the meantime, however, if you are impatient for content or just want to connect, then come and join me on Instagram (see sidebar) 🙂

A few pics from our first few days of cycling across Vietnam! We finally made it to the ocean yesterday and tomorrow we start blundering our way up the coast 😀

  3. Thank you for the following! There are more fantastic features of fabulous flights of fiction. From fickleness of future fiction to posting paragraphs of persnickety pirate people , performed and produced, poked, pressed and pounded keyboard by me.

    • Cool! Georgia is at the top of my list too! I’m thinking of doing the Mongol Rally, taking the mostly across Russia route. Seems like it would be a crazy once in a lifetime sort of experience 🙂

  5. Thanks for the follow, the hounds will love it. I use to walk down to the end of my street, stand at the beach and look at the lights of Victoria. I was living on Whidbey Island, WA just a little north of Ft Eby. Small world.

  6. Thanks, Marina, for stopping by my site. I think it’s safe (and common) to say folks from British Columbia gotta stick together. 😉 I’m looking forward to going through and reading your blogsite. All the best to you this year!
